Source-2 Transcription of Last Will and Testament of Fredrich Booher: I Fredrich Booher do make this my last will and testament viz: After my just debts are paid I will and bequeath all my estate to my beloved wife Mary so long as she remains my widow except what is hereinafter mentioned. It is my will that the property remain together as it is except so much as will be necessary to pay my just debts and is hereinafter disposed of, or the death of my wife Mary if the youngest heir is not of age it is my will that the property remain together until the youngest heir shall become of age then the property that may be left after raising the children and supporting my wife and is not hereinafter disposed of to be equally divided among my children viz: Eliza Ann, Fredrich Defend, Frankey, Samuel, Polly, John, Emanuell, Barbra, Malinda, William, Elizabeth, Girtianties, James Lyon, Rachiel, Jane, Jacob Hammer, Benjamin,* Madison,* Margaret Elen, and Sarah Catharine and their heirs. It is my will when my sons marry or become of age that they have a colt and a new saddle to be of equal value as near as they conveniently can. As the girls become of age or marry they are to have a yearling colt and a spinning wheel out of the above mentioned property. Lastly I appoint my two oldest sons, Fredrich Defend and Samuel my lawfull Executors. Signed and Sealed in the presence of these witnesses this 26th day of August in the year of our Lord 1847.
