Her funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. John's Lutheran Church, near Anchor. Rev. Alexander Youck will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation was to be from 6 - 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Lamb Funeral Home, Gibson City. She was born 2-22-1890 near Anchor, a daughter of William and Anna Stroh Beecher. She married Henry W. Lage, 2-1-1911 at Anchor. Surviving are her husband; four sons, Louis Lage, Merlin Lage, both of Anchor; Leo Lage, Colfax; Carmon Lage, Englewood, Colo; three daughters, Hazel Klintworth, Saybrook; Mildred Bielfeldt, Anchor; and Ida Watson, Normal; 16 grandchildren; 11 great-grand-children; a sister, Louise Lorig, Seal Beach, Ca. Nine brothers and sisters preceded her in death. She lived in Anchor until 1945 when she moved to Gibson City. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church near Anchor.
