Next door is his daughter, Eva L. born Aug 1862, living with her husband, carpenter Robert Gralapp, born Oct 1862. He was born in Wisconsin, and his parents in Germany. Eva and her mother was born in Ohio, her father in Pennsylvania. Three children are in their home: Elizabeth, born Dec 1893; Benjamin, born Mar 1895, and Emma born Jul 1898. 8. Obituary: Robert Gralapp Services Planned on 3 Jan 1952 in Kaw City, Kay, OK. 2 WINFIELD\emdash Robert Frederick Gralapp, 89, resident here since 1931, died here suddenly Monday afternoon. He and his daughter Miss Elizabeth Gralapp had just returned from Ponca City and he was sitting in their car at a local service station at the time of his death.
Services are planned for 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the Morris Funeral Home.
Gralapp, who resided near Ponca City from 1900 until coming here 20 years ago, was born in Fond du Lac County, Wis.
In 1883 he moved to Le Mars, Ia. He and his wife, the late Mrs. Eva Leola Beecher Gralapp, were married there on Dec. 14, 1892. She died here in 1934.
He was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his daughter of the home; a son, Ben Gralapp, Winfield; three brothers, Will and Lewis of Le Mars, la.; a sister Mrs. Lydia Branter, Chicago, and three grandchildren, Robert Hackney, Enid, and Marsha Lee and Sharon Gralapp, Winfield.
A daughter, Mrs. Emma Hackney, preceded him in death in 1927 at Ponca City.


Robert married Eva Leola Beecher, daughter of Benjamin Beecher and Elizabeth Ann Patterson, on 14 Dec 1892 in Le Mars, Plymouth, IA.1 2 (Eva Leola Beecher was born on 14 Jun 1862 in Lima, Allen, OH,8 9 died on 8 Oct 1934 in Winfield, Cowley, KS 2 8 and was buried on 10 Oct 1934 in Ponca City: Odd Fellows Cemetery, Kay, OK 8.)
