Third St., this city, formerly of St. Clair, died suddenly at her home on Tuesday evening, after being stricken with a stroke. She had been in good health and was stricken without warning. She died within a few minutes after being found by a member of her family. Mrs. Blanch was a native of England, coming to the United States when a small girl. She took up her residence at St. Clair until two years ago at which time time she moved to Pottsville, and resided there. She attended the Episcopal Church. She was preceded in death by her husband who died a few years ago. To survive her she leaves: two daughters, Mr. George Pearce, of Camden, N. J., and Virginia Sinton, of N. Third St.; a brother William Cookson. and a sister, Mrs. Anna Boot, of St. Clair. The funeral will be held Saturday afternon with the interment to be made at St. Clair in Odd Fellows. 7.
