Mr. Barthold is survived by his wife, Arnie Jeanette; two daughters, Beverly Pelto of Seattle and Suzanne Beacher of Mount Laurel; and three grandchildren.

Barthold was a retired mathematics teacher from Moorestown (N.J.) High School. He had also served as the school athletic director.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
He is also survived, two daughters, Beverly Pelto, Seattle, and Suzanne Beacher, Mount Laurel, N.J.
Other survivors include a sister, Edie Mohn, Harrisburg, and three grandchildren.
The Brownlie-Maxwell Funeral Home, Melbourne, was in charge of arrangements.

Stewart married Emily Minerva McCoy, daughter of Arthur Thomas McCoy and Margaret Jones Hollinger, on 23 Aug 1935 in , Berks, PA.¹ (Emily Minerva McCoy was born on 25 Jun 1912 in Cumru Twp., Berks, PA ^{11 12} and died on 16 Nov 1984 in Melbourne, Brevard, FL ¹¹.)
