Moved: 1694, Langensoultzbach, , Alsace, FRA. 1 In about 1694, Hans Jacob and Anna Elizabetha appear to have left Rumbach, Germany and moved south to the village of Langensoultzbach in Alsace-Lorraine, France. Hans Jacob was listed in the Langensoultzbach Parish records as being a cow-herdsman. Prior to 1700, however, Hans Jacob and Anna Elizabetha returned to Rumbach, where they appear to have resided for the remainder of their lives.
