A Santa claus was present with gifts for everyone, and a delicious luncheon was served. The children sang Christmas songs and presented recitations.

Newspaper: Lebanon Daily News: Hutchinsons Hosts At Party For Family, 20 Dec 1955, Lebanon, Lebanon, PA. ⁸ Mr. and Mrs. Hutchinson, 361 North Tenth St., entertained their family on Sunday afternoon at a Christmas party at their home. They have nine children, 20 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Carol singing was led by Joey Beicher. Others taking part in the program were Joanne Rhine, Luther and Rickey Hutchinson, Luther and Dennis Corcoran and Tommy Beicher. Raymond Corcoran appeared in a guise of Santa Claus and gave gifts to the children. The adults also exchanged gifts, and a buffet luncheoa was served. Joseph Beicher Sr. showed a film, "The Spirit of Christmas." A total of 45 family members were present.

Hutchinson, 91, of 361 N. 10th St, died Saturday afternoon at Good Samaritan Hospital. Bom in Jonestown, he was a son of the late John L. and Rebecca M. Eisenhauer Hutchinson. He was married to the late Catherine H. Spangler Hutchinson, who died in June 1963. He was a member of St. Marks United Chunk of Christ and was a retired employee of the Bethlehem Steel in Lebanon. Surviving are seven daughters and a son: Mrs. Catherine Folrner, Mrs. Florence Yocum, Nellie Matthew, Bella Ely, all of Lebanon; Mrs. Ruth Corcoran, Great Falls, Va.; Betty Jane, wife of Joseph Beicher, Rosewell Ga. ; June, wife of Kenneth Rhine, Allentown, and Luther H. Hutchinson, Tallmadge, Ohio. There are also 19 surviving grandchildren, 36 greatgrandchildren, four great-greatgrandchildren and a number nieces and nephews. Hutchinson has no surviving brothers and sisters.
