Sheridan Avenue, Annville, a resident of the United Church of Christ Home, Annville, died this morning in the Good Samaritan Hospital. Born in Annville, she was a daughter of the late Eugene and Emma Stamm Smith. Her husband, the late Professor Norman B. Bucher, died December 9, 1965. He had been the head of the mathematics department at Lebanon High School for 37 years. She was a member of the Christ United Church of Christ, Annville. She was a past-president of the Stein Bee Sunday school class and a member of the ladies guild of the church. Surviving are two sons, Eugene, Newark, Del., and the Rev. Norman Bucher, pastor of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Manheim; five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
