They celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary this past year. Retired employee of the old Harrisburg Pomeroy's shoe dept. Mother of three sons: 2 of which predeceased her - the eldest, W. Galen Jr. and the youngest, Kevin P. Survivng is Bradley Louis of Mechanicsburg and wife Joanne.

Also surviving: brother Edwin W. Payne and wife Helen, sister Jean C. and husband Jack Deimler. Predeceased older brother, Ellsworth E. Payne, killed in WW II and buried at sea off of Guam. Also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Internment of ashes at Rolling Green cemetery on Friday July 17 at 3: 00 pm, beside son Kevin. Memorial services are Saturday July 18 at noon at Rolling Green.
