4. Obituary: News-Journal: obituary of Jean L. Rizzo on 9 Jun 2007 in Wilmington, New Castle, DE. ⁴ Jean L. (Beecher) Rizzo Age 76, of Wilmington, DE, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, June 6, 2007, surrounded by her family. Born in Lewes, DE, Mrs. Rizzo was the wife of the late Herman "Chap" Rizzo who predeceased her in 1996. She was a member of St. Paul's Church and BVM Sodality and a bingo volunteer. She will be missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Jean and Wayne Morris, of Lewes; her sons and daughter-in-law, Michael and Beth, of Wilmington and Mark, of Glasgow; her grandchildren, Tara Troise and her husband, Jeremy, of Camden, and Lauren Rizzo, of Wilmington; and her faithful friend, Queenie. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 12. at 10:30 am, at St. Paul's Church, 1010 West 4th Street, Wilmington, where friends are invited to call after 9:30 am. Interment will follow at Cathedral Cemetery, Wilmington. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Compassionate Care Hospice, 5610 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilmington, DE 19808.

Jean married Herman Nicholas Rizzo, son of Vincenzo James Rizzo and Lucy D. Colallilo, in Wilmington, New Castle, DE.
