6. Obituary: Reading Times: obituary of Samuel Eby on 4 Jun 1894 in Reading, Berks, PA. 4 Samuel Eby, 934 Elm street, died of a complication of diseases, on Saturday, in his 65th year. He was born in Cocalico, Lancaster county, came to Reading twenty-two years ago and was employed at the car shops up to two years ago. He was a member of Covenant M. E. church, Neversink Lodge, No. 323, K. of P., and the P. & R. relief. His wife and three daughters, Mrs. Harry Reese, Mabel M. and Catharine Eby, survive.


Samuel married Catherine Breneiser, daughter of Dr. Isaac S. Brenniser and Magdalena Bicher.
