Pursuant to an order of the Orphans Court of Lancaster county, the undersigned administrator of the estate of Michael Fry, late of Brecknock township, In said county, deceased, will sell at public sale on Purpart No. 1, in said Brecknock township, at the road leading from Terre Hill to Reamstown, two miles northwest of the former and three miles south of the latter place, one-fourth mile from Red Run and mile from Joseph B. Wengers mill, the following described real estate, late of said deceased, viz: Purpart No. 1, consisting of a Farm of 41 acres and 75 perches, more or less, on which is erected a two-story FRAME DWELLING HOUSE, Stone Spring and Summer House, Frame Barn, Wagon Shed, two Corn Cribs, Hog Sty, Frame Horse Stable and other out buildings, a Well with Pump therein at the house, a good Apple Orchard. Also, Pears, Peaches and other fruit trees. The greater part thereof is good sandstone farm land and a part is good pasture land, all conveniently laid out in fields, under good fences, and is in a high state of cultivation. adjoining land of J. G. Burkhart, Joseph B. Wenger, Henry Kern and others. Purpart No. 2, consisting of Wood, Sprout and Pasture land, also situated In said Brecknock township, about one-half mile north of said farm, adjoining land of Samuel Shimp, Martin Joh, William Miller aud others, containing 8 acres and 61 perches, more or less.
