Miss Haven's gown was of blue taffeta and net ruffles, her shoulder length veil was of blue tulle, and her bouquet combined yellow roses and blue forget-me-nots.

Pink lace and net were used in the gown worn by the bridesmaid, whose shoulder length veil was of pink tulle. Her bouquet included pink roses and white sweet peas.

Rev. Joseph Reichling celebrated the nuptial mass at 8 o'clock yesterday at St. Patrick's church, where calla lilies reflected the Easter season. Miss Ella Sieber was at the organ.

Breakfast Is Served.

A wedding breakfast for the bridal party and the immediate families was served at the home of the bridegroom following the church rites, after which Mr. and Mrs. Beicher left on a short honeymoon trip. They will be at home after April 1 at 2024 ½ Superior street. The bride, since graduating from St. Francis college, has been employed at the public library.

She was born on March 29, 1917 in Racine, WI and moved to San Diego in 1968, then settling in Chula Vista in 1970.

Marie was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church where she was an organist. As an educator at St. Rose of Lima School, she guided hundreds of students during her almost 30 year tenure. After retiring, she continued to volunteer in the church and assist the school faculty, especially Sr. Mary Daniel and Sr. Joan.

Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Stewart in 1975 and son, James in 2013. Marie is survived by her son, Jerome (Dory) of Fallon, NV; daughters, Barbara (Dan) Brinkmann of Melbourne, FL, Mary Kay (Jim) Howland of Dewey, AZ and Linda (Bill) Meeker of Pittsville, VA; 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 24, 2018 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church located at 293 H Street, Chula Vista, CA. Interment will be at Glen Abbey Memorial Park in Bonita, CA.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Marie's memory to St. Rose of Lima School, 293 H Street, Chula Vista, CA 91910.
