Mrs. Murray was born Feb. 28, 1909, in York, the daughter of the late Calvin and Annie (Bankert) Becker. She was a member of Harmony Bethel Church of God.

Mrs. Murray is survived by four sons, Kenneth R. Murray of Alexandria, La., and Chester C. Murray Jr., Charles E. Murray and William C. Murray, all of Dillsburg; two daughters, Ann M. Beecher of Shippensburg, and Shelva D. Bonn of Carlisle; 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert Becker of York; and a sister, Louise Shearer of Hanover.

The service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the Cocklin Funeral Home, 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg. Burial will be in Chestnut Grove Cemetery, Latimore Township. Viewing will be 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Officiating at the service will be her former pastor, the Rev. Mike Witmer.

Ella married Chester Charles Murray Sr. (Chester Charles Murray Sr. was born on 9 Aug 1903,³ died in Jan 1982 ³ and was buried in York Springs, Adams, PA ³.)
