FRACKVILLE - A borough man, William Parry, 52, of 101 E. Chestnut St., was found dead outside his home by a neighbor around 12:15 p.m. Tuesday. Borough Police Chief John M. Morgan said Parry suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
Parry's body was taken by Nice Funeral Home Inc. to Pottsville Hospital for an autopsy, which will be conducted by forensic pathologist Dr. Richard P. Bindie. A shotgun, allegedly used in the shooting, was found by Parry's side, Morgan said.


William married Elaine J. Webb. (Elaine J. Webb was born on 16 Mar 1946 and died on 22 Feb 1997 in Shenandoah Farms, Warren, VA.)
