Livingston Street: Jeptha Dunn, farmer, 60, living with wife Nannie B., boarding house keeper, 55, and grandson Charles J. Cook, 8. Also in the ome are two unrelated boarders. Everyone and their parents were born in Kentucky.

2. Obituary: Lexington Herald on 19 Apr 1924 in Lexington, Fayette, KY. 4 Jeptha Dunn Dunn, 64 years old, died at his residence, 338 Harrison avenue, yesterday afternoon at 3:40 o'clock after a lingering illness. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nannie Dunn; two sisters, Mrs. Martha Price, of Hamilton, Ohio, and Mrs. Edward Million, of Burgin, Ky.; two brothers, Charles Dunn, of Hamilton, Ohio, and Newton Dunn, of Grant county, and two grandchildren, C. B. and Charles Cook, of Lexington. The funeral will be held from the residence tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 o'clock, the Rev. A. W. Fortune officiating. Burial in the cemetery at Cynthiana. The Odd Fellows will take charge of the services at the grave.
