Koch Jr., 76, of 411 Mahoning St. died Thursday, Nov. 16, 1995, at his home. He was born Dec. 17, 1918, in White Deer, a daughter of the late Floyd C. Sr. and Flavia Koch. He was married July 24, 1942, to the former Charlotte Keiser. He was a 1934 graduate of Watsontown High School. Mr. Koch served in the Army during World War II. He was employed by American Car and Foundry, Milton, retiring in 1981. He was a member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Milton. He was also a member of the Watsontown American Legion. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Floyd Ill of New Columbia and Keith, who's stationed in Quantico, Va.; five daughters, Lucinda Reedy of Lewisburg, Sandra Fultz of New Columbia, Cheryl Pleegor of Elizabethtown, Christine Raymer of Muncy and Denise Flora of Danville RD; 16 grandchildren; 15 grandchildren; and four sisters, Lois Kocher and Clara Patterson, both of Watsontown, Jane Travis of New Columbia and Kathryn Reitz of White Deer. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Millard and Donald. The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, 101 Lower Market St., Milton, by the Rev. John S. Mullen. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, New Columbia. Visitors may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 127 N. Front, St., Milton. Contributions may be made to the American Heart Society in care of Mrs. P. Franklin Hartzel, 229 Center St., Milton, Pa. 17847, or to the St. Andrew's United Methodist Church Building Fund, 104 Lower Market St., Milton, Pa. 17847.
