He was sales manager and a former agent for the Prudential Life Insurance Co., Allentown, for more than 20 years until retiring in 1980.

Born in Lebanon, Lebanon County, he was a son of the late Earl and Ellen (Donnelly) Rhine.

He was a member of Jerusalem Lutheran Church of Western Salisbury, Salisbury Township.

He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.

Surviving with his widow are two daughters, Jayne, wife of Frederick Bartlett of Whitehall Township, and Joanne Ott of Allentown; a son, Larry K. of Davenport, Iowa; a sister Elizabeth, wife of George Loose of Annville, Lebanon County; three brothers, Earl Jr. of Lancaster, Donald of Cleona, Lebanon County, and Neil of Lebanon, and a granddaughter.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the church. A calling hour will precede services in the church.

The J.S. Burkholder Funeral Home, 16th and Hamilton streets, Allentown, is in charge of arrangements.

Kenneth married June M. Hutchinson, daughter of Luther Allen Hutchinson and Catherine Hannah Spangler. (June M.
