Fritztown, April 24--Clara (Leese), widow of David Gilbert, died at her home, near here, aged 79 years. She was a daughter of the late John and Eliza (Zimmerman) Leese. There survives one daughter, Lillian, at home.
Funeral services, Thursday at 2 p.m. at the C. Norman Lamm funeral home, Wernersville, the Rev. J. W. Lazarus officiating. Interment in Sinking Spring Cemetery.

Her late husband conducted a bakery on South Twelfth street in this city for many years. She will be well remermbered by older residents and was a former memlber of Lutheran Church of this city. She leaves a daughter, Miss Lillle Gilbert at home and a grandson, Gilbert Downs, of Pittshurgh.

Clara married David S. Gilbert, son of John K. Gilbert and Susanna Bicher. (David S.
