Mary were marreid for 35 years and she had birthed 2 children, both alive in 1910. John and his parents were born in Germany and he immigrated in 1855 and became a US citizen. Mary and her parents were born in France and she immigrated in 1852. Jesse and Anna were born in Illinois, their father in Germany and mother in France. Mary F. and her parents were born in Indiana. Dale and Nina were born in Indiana and their parents in Illinois. Anna was married for 14 years and had birthed 2 children, both alive in 1910.

Mrs. P. A. Sommers of Metamora, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Beecher of Washburn and Jos. Schertz of Deer Creek, left Saturday for Rensselaer, Ind., to attend the funeral of John Beecher, a former well known resident of this vicinity.
Mr. Beecher passed away Friday, as the result of paralysis. He had been in poor health for a number of years. Several years ago the lower part of his legs were removed for relief from grangrene, and afterwards, Mr. Beecher's health improved for a time and he made a visit to relatives and old friends here. Deceased, prior to moving to Indiana about 20 years ago farmed four miles north of Metamora. He was a solider of the rebellion.
Deceased is survived by his wife and two children, Jessie, who is married, and Anna, at home. He is also survived by one brother, Fred at Washburn, and two sisters, Mrs. P. A. Sommers of Metamora and Mrs. Alfred Kenyon of Lowpoint. The latter has been in a critical condition for some time from a stroke of paralysis.
