First that my executrix hereinafter named shall provide for my body a decent burial, suitable to the wants of my relations and friends, and may pay all general expenses together with my just debts, howsoever and to whomever owning, out of the monies that may first come into his hands, as a part or parcel of my estate.
Item \endash I give and devise to my beloved wife Barbary Alla all my personal property consisting of Household & Kitchen furniture, stock of all kinds of farming tools and provisions of all kinds that may be on hand at my death, to dispose of as she may wish at her death.
I also give to my wife, Barbary Alla, all my interest in lands during her natural life, and at her death my land to go to my brother, Haley Deadman and his bodily heirs forever.
I do hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife, Barbary Alla Deadman, my lawful Executrix to all my intent, and purposes, to execute this my last will and testament of the same, and every part and clause thereof hereby revoking and declaring utterly void all other wills an testaments by me heretofore made.
In witness whereof I the said George Deadman do hereby set my hand and seal this the 22nd day of August 1872.
