Rhonda Kaye Sparks became the bride of Bruce Eric Beeker, Sept. 12 at Hope Moravian Church. The Rev. Mark Suter and the Rev. Doug Rights solemnized the 2:30 p.m. exchange of vows. A reception was held at the church. A wedding trip to Myrtle Beach, S.C., was planned. The couple resides in Indianapolis. The bride, the daughter of Gary and Arlene Sparks of Greenfield, was graduated in 1984 from Greenfield Central High School. She attends Purdue University and is majoring in home economics educational media. The bridegroom, the son of Irene Beeker and the late Ed Beeker, was graduated in 1982 from Hauser High School and in 1986 from Purdue University with a degree in agriculture economics. He is employed by Allstate Group Life Insurance. Maid of honor was Roxana Mary Dillon.

CR 800N, Hope. The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white satin gown, featuring a high neck and basque waistline accented with dropped pearls. The leg-o-muttin sleeves and fitted bodice were adorned with beads and sequins. A cathedral-length train was appliqued with venice lace. A two-tiered fingertip veil scattered with pearls was secured to a wreath of flowers. She carried a bouquet of white roses, gardenias and stephanotis secured to a family bible. Roxana Sparks, the bride's sister, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Nancy Adkins, Greenfield; Sara Strietelmeier, Hope.
