Robert J. Burke, 35, of Brookhaven, a devoted husband, died Nov. 17 at home.
Born in Patterson, N.J., Mr. Burke was a resident of Brookhaven for one month. Previously, he was a resident of Aston.
Mr. Burke was an operator/supervisor for Westlake Plastics in Lenni for 11 years, retiring on disability in 1995.
He was a member of Our Lady of Charity Catholic Church and the Lenni A.C.
Surviving are his wife of 14 years, Sheryl Beecher Burke; three sisters, Rosemary Del Peschio of Wappinger Falls, N.Y., Patricia Burke of Hawthorne, N.J., and Carol Van Demark of Cornwall, N.Y.; a brother, Robert Olson of Ridley Township; and several nieces and nephews.
He was the son of the late Charles E. and Josephine L. Becker Burke.
A Christian Burial Service will be conducted 7 p.m. Thursday at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 240 Concord Road, Aston, where calling will be after 6 p.m. Burial will be private.
Memorial contributions may be sent to the American Cancer Society, 600 N. Jackson St., Media, Pa. 19063.

Robert married Sheryl M. Beecher, daughter of Orville Wayne Beecher and Elizabeth Durborow. (Sheryl M. Beecher was born on 18 Sep 1951 in , Delaware, PA ^{4 5} and died on 8 Feb 2008 in Chester, Delaware, PA ⁴.)
