(Feeser) Bauerline, 89, passed away at home with her family by her side on September 8, 2013. She was the loving wife of Norman C. Bauerline, together they shared over 26 years of marriage. Gladys was born in Carroll County, MD., the daughter of the late John L. Feeser and the late Mabel E. (Beecher) Feeser. She graduated from Manchester High School and worked as a clerk in the insurance industry for many years. After retiring she worked part-time at Kennie's Market in Spring Grove. She was a longtime member of Christ United Church of Christ in Jefferson and a former member of St. Paul Dub's Church in Hanover. She was also a member of the Jefferson Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary and the Spring Grove VFW Ladies Auxiliary. In addition to her husband Norman, she is survived by her daughter, Patricia Thompson of Dillsburg; her son, Leo Wetzel and wife, Lori of Spring Grove; her step-daughters, Pamela Richard and husband, Galen of Hanover and Cindy McGrotha and husband, Daniel of Georgia; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Richard H. Wetzel in 1972, her daughter, Judy Wetzel and an infant daughter; her brother, George Feeser and her sister, Betty Wonder. A funeral service in celebration of her life will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Christ United Church of Christ, 32 Baltimore St., Codorus with the Rev. Bonnie Whittier officiating. She will be laid to rest following the service at Jefferson Cemetery. Viewings will be held on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Irwin-Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service PC, 175 N Main St., Spring Grove and on Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church.
