A memorial service will be held 11AM Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services '96 Parkville, 8800 Harford Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Clarence's name may be made to the VFW Post 9083- 8123 Harford Rd, Parkville, MD 21234.

Clarence married Merrie Lou Smith, daughter of Thomas Irvin Smith and Pearl Beeker. (Merrie Lou Smith was born on 15 Jun 1928 in Albemarle, Stanly, NC, USA.)
