Newspaper: Rushville Republican: Marriage Announced, 12 Apr 1932, Rushville, Rush, IN, USA. ⁶ Announcement of the marriage of Miss Lelande Hunt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Hunt, to William Beher, son of Dr. and Mrs. Carl F. Beher, was made at a party given by Miss Miriam Hunt, sister of the bride, at the Pearce tearoom in North Main street, Monday evening.
The marriage ceremony was performed by Dr. F. L. Roberts in the Central Avenue Methodist church in Indianapolis, December 27, 1931. Mr. and Mrs. Loren R. Hunt were the attendants.
Six tables of bridge were in session during the evening after which dainty refreshments were served. The color scheme was carried out in pastel shades, while white tapers, entwined with smilax and garden flowers, adorned each table.
Mrs. Beher was graduated from the Graham high school, and Teachers college in Indianapolis. She is a member of the Sigma Delta Pi sorority, at college and of the Psi Iota Xi sorority here. At present she is teaching the thrid and fourth grades at the Webb school.
Mr. Beher, also, was graduated from the Graham high school, after which he attended Indiana university, where he is a member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity. For several years he has been employed in Indianapolis but now is located in Danville, Illinois.

Services 1 p.m. Friday in Moster & Cox Mortuary with calling until 8 tonight. Mrs. Beher died Wednesday. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, Psi Iota Xi sorority and Eastern Star. She was a 1926 graduate of the former Madam Blanker's Teachers College, Indianapolis. Survivors -- husband William F. Beher; daughter Linda Richards; three grandchildren; seven stepgrandchildren; two great-stepgrandchildren.

Lelande married William Frederick Beher, son of Carl Frederick Beher D. D.
