Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Flanner & Buchanan Shadeland Mortuary. Calling will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Entombment will be in Washington Park East Mausoleum. Survivors wife Alice M. Frasier; daughter Lois J. Fowler; sons Earl H. Jr., Eddie Lee Frasier; brother Albert Frasier; stepbrother Myron Frasier; sister Kathleen Morneweg; six grandchildren.
