A pharmacist for Hook's Drugs 18 years, Frasier retired in 1974. He was a retired lieutenant colonel in the Army Reserve and was a member of Lawrence United Methodist Church, Pentalpha Masonic Lodge and Scottish Rite. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Flanner & Buchanan Shadeland Mortuary. Calling will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Entombment will be in Washington Park East Mausoleum. Survivors wife Alice M. Frasier; daughter Lois J. Fowler; sons Earl H. Jr., Eddie Lee Frasier; brother Albert Frasier; stepbrother Myron Frasier; sister Kathleen Morneweg; six grandchildren.
