Obituary: Der Libanon Demokrat on 18 Apr 1851 in Lebanon, Lebanon, PA. 3 His obituary read: "On the evening of the 7th of this month, very suddenly, Mr. John Bucher, an esteemed citizen of South Lebanon Township, at an age of 66 years. The deceased was dining with the family at supper on Monday evening and was cheerful and two minutes later he passed away." John married Regina Smith, daughter of John Smith and Unknown, on 20 Jan 1811 in Cleona: Quittapahilla (Hebron Moravian) Church, Lebanon, PA.1 2 (Regina Smith was born on 12 Oct 1791,1 died on 10 Jan 1846 in S.
