1. Obituary: on 31 Jan 2019 in Greenville, Pitt, NC, USA. ¹ On Saturday, January 26, 2019, Dallas E. Foster, Jr., cherished husband, father and son passed away at the age of 61, surrounded by family and love.

He was born August 17, 1957 to Gerry and Dallas Foster, Sr. Dallas graduated from Cardinal Gibbons High School in 1975. He received a degree in Communications from University of Maryland. Retired Chief Petty Officer, Dallas spent 23 years serving in the United States Navy. While serving his Country, he traveled the Globe and touched lives of friends made around the world. While in Japan, he both competed in swimming and coached the Osaka Swim Team. He was a gifted electrical mechanic and was employed at AMI, Inc. He was married to Frankie W. Foster and together they merged two families and created a life fueled with love. Dallas enjoyed the open road on his motorcycle and loved his dogs. He was passionate about his Faith and a devoted husband, father and son.

Dallas is survived by his wife; four sons, Milton (Brittany), Nick (Haley) & Jessee Foster, and Robbie Beeker (Britney); one daughter, Amanda Beeker; one granddaughter, Farrah Beeker; one grandson Briley Bravo; his parents; one sister Julie Beeman (Larry); two brothers, Mike (Sue) & Mark (Janet) Foster; and nine nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Dallas' Life will be held at St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Kinston, on Saturday, February 2nd at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Mary's Episcopal Church, the Kinston SPCA or the Make a Wish Foundation.
