Bom on November 14, 1943 in Columbia, PA, he was the husband of Patricia (Hunsinger) Kneisley and the son of the late Melvin H. Kneisley and the late Arlene (McDonald) Kneisley Hackman. He was a 1961 graduate of Lampeter-Strasburg High School and attended York Junior College. Ron served his country in the U.S. Army Engineers.
