Wayne, IN on December 17, 1943 to parents Paul and Ellen (Gerber) Bucher. Larry was a member of the International Association of Machinist and Aerospace Workers and worked for General Electric in Evendale, OH for 35 years, retiring in 2000 to Florida. He was a member of: Benjamin Franklin Masonic Lodge #719 where he served as Master in 1978, Grand Council of Royal and Select Masons of Ohio #19, Knights Templar #41, Scottish Rite, Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Ohio #21 and Eastern Star Ft. Hamilton Chapter #568. Larry was preceded in death by both of his parents. He is survived by his four children: Tammy Bucher-Robinson (Scott) of CO, Tari Bucher (Jeff Olsen) of CO, Daniel Bucher (Julie) of CO, Douglas Bucher (Denise) of CO; five grandchildren: Luke, Sophie, Jaide, Brock and Jack as well as Ohio and Indiana family, close friends from GE and Florida neighbors that became great friends. Memorial service will be held Sunday, September 27 at 12:30 PM at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 403 West Benson Street, Reading OH.

Larry married Linda Lou Meier, daughter of Harold Charles Meier and Vercie Callahan.¹ The marriage ended in divorce on 31 Dec 1984. (Linda Lou Meier was born on 18 Jun 1946 in , , OH ⁷.)
