He was predeceased by Glenna Rose Warner, his wife of 43 years; a sister, Jeanine Ward; and two brothers, Melvin and John Warner. He is survived by a sister, Joyce Gates, McDonough, N.Y.; two daughters and two sons-in-law, Susan and Mattison Alderman, Endwell, N.Y., Joyce and Gary Vrooman, Owego, N.Y.; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Ralph and Mary Warner, Apalachin, N.Y., Steven and Heike Warner, Russelsheim, Germany, and Richard Warner, Point Blank, Texas; ten grandchildren, Brian, Patrick, Megan and Michael Warner, Christopher and Michael Alderman, Kathryn Johnson and Eric Vrooman, Kenneth and Justin Warner; ten greatgrandchildren and many nieces, nephews and close friends. Ralph Warner served in the U.S. Navy in World War II and fought in both the European and Pacific Theatres. He worked for over four decades as one of the best automobile technicians in the region. Ralph loved to bowl in the Friday night leagues at Midway Lanes, and enjoyed early, quiet mornings on a lake, fishing pole in hand. He was one who fully realized the value of hard work and passed these values on to generations who followed in his growing family. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 E. Main St., Endicott. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive .friends at the Allen Memorial Home on Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. Expressions of sympathy in Ralph's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
