Plasterer, 88, active Trinity Lutheran Church worker, died early this morning at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Krill, 32 S. First Ave, She was ill three weeks. The daughter of the late Andrew and Marie (Hoffman) Nace, she was the widow of Hiram Plasterer who died 26 years ago. A member of the Trinity Lutheran Church and the Sunday school, she was a faithful worker in the Home Circle for many years. She was also a life member of the Missionary Society. The survivors are daughters, Mary, wife of Paul Winkler, and Irene, wife of Claude Krill; sons, Walter Smith and John Smith, all of Lebanon; step-children, Mrs. David Witters and Mrs. Simon Meyers, both of Lebanon; Mrs. Paul Troxel, Cleona; Mrs. Harry Gardner, Hershey; and Harold Plasterer Jr., Lebanon; a brother, John Nace, Lebanon; 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. In addition to the survivors listed in Friday's NEWS in the death of Mrs. Lillian Plasterer, a son, Morris Smith, Lebanon, also survives. Mrs. Plasterer died at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Krill, 32 S. First Ave., on Friday morning. [Lebanon Daily News, October 19, 1957, Page 15]

Funeral services for Mrs. Lillian E. Plasterer, 32 S. First Ave., active church worker, was held in the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church this afternoon. Rev. Daniel D. Kistler, pastor of the church, officiated. Interment was made in the Bellegrove Lutheran Cemetery. A large number of relatives and friends attended the viewing in the funeral home last evening. The pallbearers were as follows: James Walmer, John, Paul and Charles Smith, grandsons; Carl Blouch and Guy Miller, great grandsons. The Taylor Funeral Home, 712 Chestnut St., was in charge of the arrangements. [Lebanon Daily News, October 22, 1957, Page 2].
