Lewis, 75, a semi-retired Havertown insurance broker, died Monday at his home in Dunedin, Fla. He had lived in Newtown Square. Mr. Lewis, founder of the Lewis Brothers Insurance Agency, had been in semi-retirement since 1976. He was a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and was active in community organizations and the Masons. He worked with the Boy Scouts and was a member and a former vestryman of St. Faith Episcopal Church in Havertown. Surviving are his wife, Helen M. Bowler Lewis; a son, Howard B.; a daughter, Gail Nauman, five grandchildren and four brothers. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Faith Church, Brookline Boulevard and Allston Road.
