James M. Ezzell, one of Belgreen's leading and prominent citizens, was in the city last Thursday, paid our sanctum a visit and handed us a dollar for the renewal of his subscription. Mr. Ezzell was up for the purpose of filing his bond and qualifying to fill the office of justice of the peace for Belgreen beat, he having received the appointment by Governor Comer a few days ago. Mr. Ezzell will make an excellent justice and a faithful official for the county.
