She was born Aug. 29, 1953 in Corpus Christi, TX, the daughter of Wanda Cornett. She came to Worland in the early 1970s and was married to Van Muse in 1976. They later divorced.
She married Clay Fulfer on Feb. 23, 1994 in Las Vegas, Nev. They made their home in Worland since that time.
Debbie was a professional painter and was known for her work ethic in a variety of occupations. She and her husband enjoyed rock hunting and hiking in the mountains and badlands of the West. One of her particular passions was watching meteor showers.
She is survived by her husband, Clay, of Worland; her daughter, Cindy Parks of Los Angeles, Calif.; her brother, Ricky Poorman of Mt. Pleasant, N.C.; her stepfather, Oran Cornett of North Carolina and three nephews.
Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, Dec 2, 2011 at Bryant Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at www.bryantfuneralhomeonline.com.
