FOREST CITY - Mr. Floyd Owen Winfield, owner of the Forest City Supermarket, and well known throughout the area, died Wednesday night. Mr. Winfield, who lived at Lakeview Circle, came to the area a year ago from Winter Park. He was a native of Alabama. Surviving are his wife, Florance A., daughter Emily and son John; daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Jean Dyer, Birmingham, Ala., son Floyd O. Jr., also of Birmingham and a brother, Dewey E., Phoenix, Ariz., and two grandchildren. Mr. Winfield was a member of the Bear Lake Methodist Church and the Forest City Business Men's Association.
