Fulwiler of the town of Collierstown, Rockbridge Co. and State of Virginia, being of sound mind at the time of making and publishing this my last will and testimony. I give and devise all my estate real and personal whereof I may die seized, to Andrew Tribbett and Thomas Ayers of the same place. I give to said Andrew Tribbett full power to settle up all my land claims due me from Henry Snider and James P. Boyd due me for lands sold to them and divide equally between himself and Thomas Ayers, also give to said Andrew Tribbett and Thomas Ayres all my lands I now own in the County of Botetourt and State of Virginia to be equally divided between them the said Tribbett and Ayres, and lastly I give Andrew Tribbett full power to proceed for the wish to the County of Botetourt and State of Va. to bound up the money due me from the said Henry Snider & James P. Boyd, and to make use of said binds in every way he may think proper for the benefit of said Tribbett and Ayres. Second, I give A. Tribbett full power at once to user or sell my bonds in the said county of Botetourt to suite his wishes giving to Thomas Ayres his equal share after all expenses is paid, and I hereby nominate, constitute & appoint my said trustee John Tribbett as Executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I sign my name.

In Rockbridge County Court Clerk's Office Mar. 1st 1869. The last will and testament of John Fulwiler Dec. was this day produced in Court, proved by the oaths of John J. Logan and Saml. S. Leech, subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded. And on the motion of Andrew Tribbett, the Executor named in said will, who made oath thereto and together with John Amentrout, his security who justified as to his sufficiency, entered into and acknowledged a bond in its penalty of twenty five hundred dollars, conditioned according to law, certificate was granted him to obtain a perobat in due form. Said bond is ordered to be recorded. And it is ordered to be entered of record that the estate of the testator passing by his will, was estimated not to exceed twelve hundred fifty dollars, that $1.00 stamp duty was paid in the perobat thereof and $1.00 on the executorial bond.
