The Improvements upoin it are a NEW TWO STORY LOG DWELLING HOUSE, with a cellar under it, a Frame Barn, a garden inclosed with a paling fence, a wll of water, a young bearing ORCHARD of grafted fruit, a good MEADOW, and more can be made, also, about 70 Acres of FINE WOODLAND, well set with THRIVING TIMBER, and 35 Acres of easily tilled Land can easily be cleared, with plenty of Timber left for the use of the Farm.
This property lies about 6 miles South of Gettysburg, nearly joins the road that leads from Emmittsburg and Millerstown to the Two Taverns at the Baltimore turnpike, and is within 1/2 mile of the road that leads from Sell's Mill on Marsh Creek, to Taneytown and Baltimore.
