2. Census in 1880 in Warren, Warren, PA. ⁷ The 1880 census recorded Moses Beecher, bank cashier, 52, living with wife Emily E., 48; son R. Cary Beecher, 19; son Coleman, 17; daughter Mary, 15; and servant Emline Sefert, 22. Moses was born in New York and his parents in Connecticut. Emily was born in New York and parents in Vermont. Their children were born in Pennsylvania. Emiline was born in Pennsylvania and her parents in Baden, Germany.

3. Census in 1900 in New Haven, New Haven, CT. The 1900 census recorded renting a home at 67 Clarke Street: widow Emily E. Beecher, 70, born Feb 1830, living with her son, Truman C. Beecher, oil salesman, 37, Apr 1863. She and her mother were born in New York and her father in Vermont. He was born in Pennsylvania and his parents in New York. Emily has given birth to 5 children and 2 were alive in 1900.

4. Census in 1910 in Lucerne, Kings, CA. ⁸ The 1910 census showed Colman Beecher, farmer, 49, living with wife Ella, 39; stepson Harvey Bryan, 22; and stepdaughter Alma Bryan, 20. This was Colman 1st marriage and Ella's second. Colman was born in Pennsylvania and his parents in New York. Ella was born in Lemoore, her father in Kentucky and mother in Missouri. Death Summons Truman C. Beecher

Truman C. Beecher, a resident of Santa Cruz for the past five years, and held in high esteem in the neighborhood where he lived, passed away this morning at his home, 350 North Branciforte avenue. Mr. Beecher had not been in the best of health for years past and of late has been failing fast. He is survived by his wife and also leaves a stepson.

6. Newspaper: Santa Cruz Evening News: Funeral Services for Truman Beecher, 1 Mar 1923, Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz, CA. ⁶ Funeral services for Truman C. Beecher were held yesterday afternoon at the C. C. Chase parlors yesterday afternoon at which REv. Herman Porter officiated. Hymns were sung by Mrs. Jos. Riordan. Officiating pallbearers were B. Hartford, R. C. Lacey, E. L. Williams, H. J. Clark, F. J. Schoonover and C. Leavitt. Burial was at I. O. O. F. cemetery.
