On October 9, 2010, Clyde left his life here on Earth to begin his eternal life with the Lord our Father. He will now and forever be joined in Heaven with his beloved wife Dottie, whom he has missed so passionately. It is truly a beautiful day. Clyde is loved by many because of the love and kindness that he showed those who knew him, most of all his family: brother, Donald Howie and family; daughter, Donna; son, Clark and his wife Lauren; son, Tim; three wonderful grandchildren, Brandon, Erica, and Taylor; Tricia and all of his beautiful extended family at Cedar Ridge. The family will be receiving friends at Cook-Walden Chapel of the Hills on Anderson Mill Road on Tuesday, October 12, 2010, 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and would love to have you join them at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 13, 2010, as Clyde will be memorialized with full military honors at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery.
