Cause of Death: Written about in the Blue Book of Schuylkill County as follows. 1 Michael Zerbe lived on his father Jonathan's place, (Ulmer's Farm), up to the time of his death, which occurred on a winter's night when on coming home from Tremont he lost his bearings and stuck in a snow drift, one hundred yards from his own home, and was frozen to death. 2. Issue: 1 He had six children by his first wife and one by his second. 3. Census in 1810 in Pine Grove Twp., Berks, PA. 4 In Jonathan Zerby's household: 4.
