All that certain two story brick dwelling house and lot of ground situate on the East side of New street, between Green street and Lynn Alley, and known as No. 713 New street, Allentown, Pa., containing in front on said New street, twelve and one half (12 1/2) feet and in depth seventy-five (75) feet to a four feet wide private alley. The improvements thereon consist of a two story brick dwelling house, twelve and one half feet by twenty-eight feet, with front porch twelve feet by six feet, two story brick kitchen attached, nine feet, ten inches, by fourteen feet, four inches.
