All that certain two story mansard roof brick dwelling house and lot of ground situate on the East side of South Franklin street, known at No. 117 North Franklin street. Allentown, Pa., containing in front on aid Franklin street twenty 2') feet and in depth one hundred and twenty (120) feet to a twenty (20) feet wide alley. The Improvements thereon consist of a two story mansard roof dwelling house, twenty feet by thirty feet, front porch, twenty feet by six feet, two story brick kitchen attached, thirteen feet by sixteen feet, with two story porch thirteen feet by seven feet and contains all modern Improvements. Asphalt street In front of property, also on same lot in the rear a two story frame dwelling house, thirteen feet four Inches by eighteen feet, four inches. No. 2. All that certain two story mansard roof brick dwelling house and lot of ground situate on the south side of Cedar street, in the City of Allentown. Pa., and known as No. 5:1(5 Cedar street. Containing in front on said Cedar street, fourteen (14) feet, four (1) Inches, and in depth one hundred and twenty (120) feet to a twenty (20) feet wide alley. The improvements' thereon consist of a two story mansard roof brick dwelling house, fourteen (14) feet, four (4) inches by thirty feet, with front porch fourteen by six feet, two story frame kitchen attached, eleven feet, two inches by fourteen feet, with porch. All that certain two story brick dwelling house and lot of ground situate on the East side of New street, between Green street and Lynn Alley, and known as No. 713 New street, Allentown, Pa., containing in front on said New street, twelve and one half (12 1/2) feet and in depth seventy-five (75) feet to a four feet wide private alley. The improvements thereon consist of a two story brick dwelling house, twelve and one half feet by twenty-eight feet, with front porch twelve feet by six feet, two story brick kitchen attached, nine feet, ten inches, by fourteen feet, four inches.
