"A picture of my Mom, my Grandmother, Memaw, and my children. I made my Mom wait a long time for grandchildren and she cherishes every moment. As a mom I can finally appreciate how much time and effort she spent being a single mom who ran her own business. A big part of my life was my grandmother, Memaw, who died this past year. She was a second mom to me. I miss her more than words can say. I am thankful to these strong, loving women who taught me so much. I love you both!."

Marilyn is survived by her daughters Melinda (Andrew) Jones and Sarah Tore. She will be missed by her beloved grandchildren Lillian and Gwen Jones and her niece Ann (Pete) Jazenski.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
