Race St. The Rev. Theodore T. Johnson performed the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. M. Louise Kerby, 513 Carbon St., and Harold E. Kerby, Blairstown, N. J. Mr. Callaway is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold J. Callaway. White gladioli, carnations were used on the altar. Arthur Delpaz presided at the organ and accompanied the soloist, Mrs. Francis H. Schweikert. Mrs. Arland F. Becker, Port Carbon, sister of the bride, was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Edward M. Hobbs, Mrs. Francis Bower, Pottsville; Gloria R. Phillips, Jonestown. William C. Schuettler, Pottsville, was the best man. Ushers were Christian S. Kerby, Pottsville; Arland F. Becker, Port Carbon; Thomas B. Laubach, Pottsville. Given in marriage by her brother, Harold E. Kerby, Jr., the bride was gowned in a pure silk model featuring a draped bodice accentuated with seed pearls. The bouffant skirt was dramatized with front panels trimmed with seed pearls and iridescents and ended in a cathedral sweep. Her finger tip length veil was attached to a lace cloche embellished with seed pearls and Iridescents. She carried a semi-cascade of white iris, daffodils and lilacs. The attendants were dressed in champagne lace sheath models, having scalloped necklines with three quarter length sleeves. The silk taffeta overskirts were ballerina length. They wore champagne cloches with short veils and carried semi-cascades of ivory iris, daffodils and Scarlet Anemones with ivy. , , The bride's mother chose a navy taffeta princess line dress with matching accessories and a corsage ol Debutante cameiias. A light blue lace sheath dress with matching accessories and a corsage of Debutante cameiias was worn by the bridegroom's mother, A reception followed at Greenwood Hill Fire Co. Following a trip to Wilkes-Barre and the Pocono Mts.,the couple will live at 104 N. George St. For traveling the bride chose a cocoa brown dress with beige accessories. Mrs. Callaway, a 1957 Pottsville H. S. graduate, is employed at Miners National Bank. Mr. Callaway, a 1952 Pottsville H. S. graduate, is employed by Textron Metals. 2. Born in Philadelphia, Oct. 17, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Harold E. and Mertie Louise (Stahl) Kerby. She was a graduate of Pottsville Area High School. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Gerald H. "Jerry" Callaway Sr. Surviving are a son, Gerald "Bud" Callaway and his wife, Catherine, of Lake Wynonah; two daughters, Kimberly Callaway, of Freidensburg, and Kelly Runkle and her husband, Mark, of Lake Wynonah; four grandchildren, Gerald R. Callaway, Nicole M. Callaway, Tanesha M. Callaway and Ryan M. Runkle; two great-grandchildren, Chase Aaron Hoffman and Morgan Rose Hoffman; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 24, from Bruce T. Hart Funeral Home, 110 North Second Street, Saint Clair, PA 17970. Friends may call from 1 to 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
