Chapel Hill Drive, Chapel Hill, died on Saturday in the Newark Emergency Room after an apparent heart attack. Mr. Schweikert was a program coordinator for Delaware Technical and Community College. He had worked for 13 years at the former Alcoa plant in Cressona, Pa., then for the University of Delaware School of Engineering. Mr. Schweikert is survived by his wife, Joyce Callaway Schweikert, and his parents, Frank P. and Rose Gastager Schweikert, of Pottsville.Pa. The funeral was held on Tuesday in Pottsville, with burial in Schuylkill Memorial Park.
