Obituary: Public Opinion: obituary of Alan Wayne Regi Jr. on 21 Mar 2006 in Chambersburg, Franklin, PA. ² Alan Wayne "AJ" Regi Jr., 27, of 5368 Philadelphia Ave., Chambersburg, died on Sunday, March, 19, 2006, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Dublin Township, Shade Gap, Pa. Born on August 28, 1978 in Fulton County, he was the son of Lorie (Shover) George ot Chambersburg and Alan W. Regi Sr. of , Fayetteville. Alan was employed as a supervisor with JLG Industries Inc. in Shippensburg. He was previously employed with Palmer Construction in McConnellsburg. He was a member of Sons of the American Legion Post 223 in Shippensburg. An avid out-doorsman, Alan loved hunting and , camping with his daughter. , Aside from his parents, he is survived by his wife, Lori (Henson) Regi, and daughter Brooke Ann Regi, both of Chambersburg; one step-brother Kolton James Regi of Fayetteville; maternal grandmother, Karen Shover of Shippensburg; paternal grandparents, Robert and Beverly Ann Regi of Fort Littleton; stepmother Tammy Regi, step father, Peter George; and also a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Harry R. "Dick" Shover. ' ; Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March : 23, 2006 in the chapel of the Thomas L Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Cham- . bersburg. The Rev. Lonnie Shover will officiate. Friends are welcome at the funeral home from 4-9 p.m. on Wednesday. The family will be present from 7-9 p.m., Wednesday, and also from 9-10 a.m. on Thursday.
