DANVILLE - Miss Barbara Jean Kifolo, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Kifolo, 5 Park avenue, Danville, and Mr. Vincent me Zawistowski, son of Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Zawistowski, Danville RD 2, were married at St. Joseph's Catholic Church at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 18. Rev. James Beeman performed the double ring ceremony.

Red rose buds and white candles decorated the altar. Organist, Miss Mary Kmiecinski, played "Panis Angelicus' and six friends of the bride and groom from. St. Cyril Academy sang *Hail Queen of Heaven", "O Esed Victorium' and "I Need Thee Precious Jesus.'

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a Southern belle gown of white chantilly lace over white satin and nylon net with a scalloped neckline edged with pearls and white sequins, long sleeves, fitted bodice and full floor length skirt. Her finger tip veil was held by a crown edged with pearls and sequins.

She carried a white e prayer book covered with long white lace streamers interspersed with lillies of the valley and a white rosebud corsage. Phyllis Kifolo, sister of the bride, was maid of honor, She wore a gown of orchid nylon over orchid satin and nylon net. Jean Snyder, a cousin of the bride, was a bridesmaid. She wore gown of green nylon over satin and nylon net. She carried a colonial bouquet of yellow pompons and white baby breath with mintgreen streamers.

A second bridesmaid, Rose Ann Zawistowski, sister of the groom, wore royal blue nylon over satin and net and carried yellow and white pompons with blue streamers. Best man was Richard Lesko, Bayonne, New Jersey. Ushers were Wiliam Zawistowski, Bayonne, and Robert Blee, Danville. Altar boys were Vincent Cunningham and Angelo Kifolo. The bride's mother wore blue lace over a taffeta slip and white accessories.

Her corsage was of white pompons with pink rosebuds. The groom's mother wore a pink crepe dress with lace trim and white accessories. Her corsage was of white pompons with pink rose buds. A reception for 175 guests was held at the Washington Hose Company. Aides at the reception were Mrs. Violet Johns and Mrs. Phyllis Smith.

The bride graduated from Danvile High School this year and was employed at Geisinger Memorial Hospital. The groom is stationed at the Edwards Air Force base in Los Angeles, California. The couple left for Los Angeles following the reception.

Out-of-town guests at the wedding were from Harrisburg, Lewisburg, Watsontown, Bath, New York: Shamokin, Bloomsburg , Pottstown, Jersey City, New Jersey, and Bayonne, New Jersey.
