Newspaper: Evening Herald, 2 Nov 1942, Shenandoah, Schuylkill, PA. 1 A pretty wedding took place in St. Ann's Church, Frackville, yesterday morning at 10:30 o'clock when Miss Florence Stawistak, daughter of Mrs. Julia Micum, West Chestnut street, Frackville, and Staff Sergt. Technician Frank Sienkiewicz, of Frackville, were united in marriage.
Rev. B. J. Sienkiewicz, of Nicetown, a brother of the bridegroom, performed the ceremony.
The bride was attractive in a gown of ivory satin styled on princess lines, with a long train. She wore train length veil arranged with orange blossoms and carried an arm bouquet of white chrysanthemums.
Miss Theresa Sienkiewicz, a sister bridegroom, was maid of honor. She was pretty in a gown of blue bengaline styled similar to that of the bride. She carried an arm bouquet of yellow chrysanthemums.
Misses Helen Glica, Rita Olszewski, Eleanor Tomalavage and Dorothy Zawauski were the bridemaids. They were all attired in dusty rose bengaline, attractively styled and trimmed similar to the maid of honor's gown. They all carried yellow chrysanthemums and wore floral wreaths and veils to match their gowns.
Geraldine Olszewski was flower girl and Emil Micum the ringbearer. Boley Sienkiewicz was best man and Joseph Zagoneski, Frank Zawinoski, John Dembroski and Leon Glica were the ushers.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the home of the bride. The happy couple left for California where they will reside near the camp in which the bridegroom is stationed.

3. Obituary: Republican and Herald on 31 Jul 2000 in Pottsville, Schuylkill, PA. 2 SIENKIEWICZ - At home: On Sunday, July 30, 2000. Frank "Fritz" Sienkiewicz, husband of Florence (nee Swistak) Sienkiewicz, of Frackville. Aged 86 years. Relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in St. Ann's Catholic Church, Frackville. Friends may call at the Albert L. Gricoski Funeral Home, Frackville on Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m. and at the funeral home on Wednesday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. The family would prefer remembrances in the form of contributions be made to St. Ann's Memorial Fund, 42 South Broad Mountain Avenue, Frackville, PA 17931. Interment St. Casimir's Parish Cemetery, Mahanoy City. Albert L. Gricoski Funeral Home, 48 North Broad Mountain Avenue, Frackville, is in charge of the arrangements.
