RAMSEY - Arthur Roslander, a resident of the borough for many years, died Sunday at his home. He was 83 years old. A native of Borga, Finland, he came to this country in 1920. He was a retired painting contractor. Roslander is survived by his wife, the former Lyyli Patsikka; a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Lembach of the borough; six sisters in Finland, and three grandchildren. A funeral service was conducted Tuesday night at the Van Emburgh-Sneider Funeral Home.
